A miniature species, Thalictrum isopyroides DWARF LIME SHOWERS is a beautiful addition to a rock garden, or under roses, trees or shrubs.
Mists of colour with lime flowers & steel-blue foliage.
The finest leaves of steel blue, combined with a haze of tiny lime-green flowers, creates a soft mist of colour.
Don’t let the words “small flowers” put you off, because Thalictrum isopyroides is lovely.

DWARF LIME SHOWERS
– Height with flowers: 25cm approx.
– Width: 20cm approx.
– Position: Best in Part Shade to Full Shade, but can tolerate Full Sun in cooler districts.
– Soil: It will grow quite easily in most soils however it must be well drained.
– Frost: Hardy
– Growth: Herbaceous Perennial.
– Attracts: Bees and also other beneficial pollinators.
– Care: Very easy care and low maintenance. Can cut right back after flowering has ended but it can also just be left to do it’s own thing.
– Deer & Rabbit resistant: Resistant to rabbits and deer. Even slugs and most pests seem to ignore Meadow Rues completely.
– Origin: This dwarf rarity grows on rock ledges and outcrops, high on the mountains of Afghanistan, Turkey, Russian Armenia, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Afghanistan and also the Altai Mountains.
