Stokesia laevis ‘Alba’

Frilled, fluffy large flowers in clusters on long stems. Delightful with fringed edges & tufted centres, open white and mature with pink blushes over Summer and Autumn. Stokesia laevis ‘Alba’ is a native North American wildflower that has been grown for many years. A favourite for it’s beautiful flowers and also it’s heat tolerance.

Reliable, heavy bloomer

Suited to a temperate climate the flowers appear in late spring summer. In moderate regions it can flower in all months of the year, especially if spent flowers are pinched out. Enjoys full sun as well as light shade. Heat, dry and also frost hardy in a well mulched bed.
