Resilient, frost hardy and water wise. Spirea cantoniensis flore plena DOUBLE MAY BUSH Grows best in sun to part shade areas. Although this wonderful small shrub will put on a show even in those areas that are to tough to grow anything. Double May Bush produces lush green foliage with clusters of fluffy double white blooms in spring. These blooms appear in May in its native country, hence its common name. The plants foliage produces a yellow to orange Autumn colour before falling.

A showy but neglect proof border shrub

Forms a mound of arching branches. Many factors about this plant make it a popular choice for shrub borders and gardens. Being so hardy and tolerant of a range of conditions and positions; it could be considered the perfect neglect proof shrub.
