A truly tough plant, but attractive because of the splash of blue-grey foliage colour it contributes to some very difficult garden spots. Forget the flowers – they are insignificant little cream brushes – the foliage is the thing. Blue-grey succulent leaves and stems that hug the ground, and make roots as they go. Very tolerant of heat, dry and drought. Will bask in Full Sun, but will also make good groundcover in 1/2 Shade, Dappled Sunlight, as long as it is kept dry. Very water-wise plant. Fire retardant groundcover. Tolerates sandy, poor, or stony soils. Looks great in a pot or bowl, but easy to maintain. Frost hardy.
