Position: Full sun or Partial shade
Soil: Well drained, very adaptive
Fragrance: Foliage is aromatic.
Frost: Salvia verticillata is extremely frost hardy, as it is able to withstand hard frosts to below -20C. 
Growth: Evergreen perennial
Beneficial for wildlife: Birds, Bees and Butterflies all love the nectar rich fuzzy flowers. And the long and abundant flowering provides them with a great larder.
Care: Low maintenance.
Deer & Rabbit resistant: Yes! They don’t like the scent of the aromatic foliage.
