A fast growing groundcover with aromatic silver-grey foliage. Growth is in horizontal layers topped whorls of lavender-blue flowers on 30cm long spikes from mid-spring into early summer, grows low to the ground, up to 60cm. Very hardy plant, full sun, low water need, drought and frost tolerant, Looks its best with occasional deep watering.  Makes a great groundcover, particularly on slopes or for draping over rocks or walls.
