Description
Lindelofia longiflora
MOUNT BORAGE
Native of the Himalayas this hardy clump forming plant has graceful sprays of deep blue flowers above dark green, elongated oval leaves. Blooming from late spring to summer they resemble a cross between Anchusa, Forget-Me-Not and Pulmonaria. Likes sun or part shade with moist but well drained soil and can cope with wet soils as long as they are ventilated with gravel. And very happy in cooler climates. Excellent for a border, cottage garden, woodland or wildlife garden. Grows to 60cm
