SHASTA DAISY
British Shasta Daisy introduced in the 1960s but lost for many years until it was rediscovered in an Irish garden. It blooms with shaggy double white daisies with a centre of shorter creamy-yellow petals. Stems are fairly tall, strong and excellent for cutting. Easily grown in average to well-drained soils in full sun or partial shade. Removing spent flowers will greatly increase the blooming time.Divide clumps every two years in spring to maintain vigour. Height 70-80 cm Width 45-60 cm
