Incarvillea arguta –

A small shrub with fern-like foliage & long bells of prettiest baby pink. Incarvillea arguta once established it is very hardy and is happy in a wide range of soils and conditions. Perfect for the front of a garden, or under roses or taller shrubs. Enjoys a position in part shade or full sunlight and grows to around 45cm. . Exceptionally long blooming from spring to winter. Also very happy in containers and hanging baskets. Another easy, frost hardy option.

Herbaceous Perennial.
– Attracts: Birds, butterflies and bees.
– Care: Easy care. Dead-heading spent blooms will promote further flowering. Cut back old growth to around 25cm at the end of winter. This keeps a nice tidy habbit and prevents it getting too woody.
– Deer & Rabbit resistant:
– Origin: This species is native to the Himalayan. The genus name comes from Pierre d’Incarville, a Jesuit missionary to China in the 1700s.
