Geranium bohemicum ‘Orhid Blue’ is a stunning plant, producing clusters of saucer shaped flowers of a rarely seen shade of pure orchid-blue, each with purple-violet veins. Growing 30 to 45cm in height, this new variety soon spreads to form low hummocks of deeply cut soft green, leaves. Suitable for any well drained soil, they are at their best in full sun.

Mass tiny pure blue. 30cm. Frost hardy.
Sun to 1/2 Shade. Self sow perennial.

– Position: Full sun, can tolerate Partial shade.
– Soil: Well drained, Will enjoy most soils as long as it isn’t frequently wet.
– Fragrance: Scented foliage.

– Attracts: Another pollinator friendly plant, attracting birds, bees and other beneficial insects to the garden. 
– Care:  Prefers deep watering and drying out between waters (avoid over-head).
– Deer & Rabbit resistant: Geraniums have a slight scent that smells nice to us but isn’t appetising to deer or rabbits.
– Origin: East Europe, Mountain forests of the Alps.
