Description
The smallest of all Eucomis species and perfectly named as it truly resembles dwarf purple stars in the garden. Only a small clump (25cm tall, 35cm wide) of narrow dark purple fleshy leaves splay out at ground level and are topped with pinkish pineapple-like flowers in mid-Summer. Appearing approx. 25cm above the foliage.
Likes part shade, part sun and is drought tolerant once established.
