Brunnera macrophylla ‘Dawson’s White’

Love at first sight for the Shade garden. Early spring sees sheets of vivid sky blue, “Forget-Me-Not” like flowers, hovering above beautiful foliage clumps. Each broad heart shaped leaf is sage green, deeply edged with white, and they grow in a neat, sparkling clump. This is a treasure for a woodland garden. Brunnera macrophylla ‘Dawson’s White’ Loves Deep Shade to dappled light under trees and shrubs, and ‘Dawson’s White’ is reputed to more sun tolerant than its other family members. Give it your best leaf mouldy, compost enriched spot and prepare to adore in early spring. Tolerates clay in the soil if leaf compost dug through. Frost and cold hardy. Rabbit resistant. Good early season cut flower. 45cm.
